Step by Step Instructions for development Monster Cookies

Monster cookies are some of the most decadent and delicious cookies to eat. They are also a good to choice to make if you do not have much flour because they do not take any! You can make these cookies either soft and chewy of crunchy naturally by baking them longer or not quite as long. I personally love my soft and chewy cookies!

The first thing you will need to do is preheat your oven to 350 degrees. The next step will be to measure out all of your ingredients. You will need one and a half cups peanut butter, four and a half cups oatmeal, three eggs, one cup sugar, one cup brown sugar, one half teaspoon vanilla, one half teaspoon corn syrup, two teaspoons baking soda, 2 sticks margarine, (one cup), two cups chocolate chips, and one cup M and M's.

Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

Start by blending the peanut butter and the margarine together in a large mixing bowl. You will want to have your margarine room climatic characteristic so that it blends easier. You can warm it up in the microwave for about ten seconds if you are in a hurry. You can mix all of your ingredients together by hand or with a hand mixer, however, sometimes this compound is a dinky too sticky for my hand mixer. When the peanut butter and margarine are creamed together, add your eggs one at a time and mix well.

Next you will need to add the white and brown sugars. Mix these well and add the corn syrup, baking soda and vanilla and mix together. Then one cup at a time add your oatmeal. When well blended add your chocolate chips and m and m's. For variety you can do part butterscotch, white chocolate or peanut butter chips. You can also make the recipe more or less nutty by using crunchy or creamy peanut butter.

With a spoon or cookie scoop drop the dough onto a baking sheet and bake for twelve minutes. The dough will be very sticky. For crunchier cookies bake for a concentrate minutes longer. Serve and enjoy!
